NAFFS 2008 Yearbook
The NAFFS Yearbook is an annual publication filled with articles summarizing the presentations at the prior year’s NAFFS Convention. The 2008 edition features several informative articles on organics. NAFFS thanks the advertisers (listed below) who made this publication possible.

Organics: A Segment That Warrants AttentionOrganics: A Segment That Warrants Attention: “At its most basic level, organic certification is really very simple,” he said. “It's all about documenting and insuring that the process used in producing and handling organic products meets both the spirit and letter of the organic rule.”

From Skeptic to BelieverFrom Skeptic to Believer: “So in this world of organic, Treatt believes there are two types,” Bovill said. “There’s the WalMart and there’s the tree-hugging.”

Consumers Will Drive Organic SegmentConsumers Will Drive Organic Segment: “In the U.S., the consumer is going to drive the industry going forward,” he said. “In Germany, the government is setting the standards.
