As part of the collaboration, NAFFS will also exhibit and organize a presentation for the education program on Wednesday, April 28 at 10 a.m. The length of the talk is 50 minutes and can include one or more speakers in this time slot. As of now, the topic is open but should encompass using flavors from a health & wellness perspective, i.e., reformulation challenges, natural flavors, nutraceuticals, functional beverages or foods, sodium reduction, flavor challenges in low-fat, reduced-sodium products, etc.

The presentations must be non-commercial in content. All expenses related to a member’s participation will be borne by the member. Slides/graphics included in the presentation become property of NAFFS and can be distributed in hard copy or via electronic means by the association.

Member companies interested in participating must send the name of the company representative who would give the presentation and a one- to two-sentence description of the presentation to NAFFS at info@naffs.org or via fax to 732-922-3590 no later than January 28. Please include the approximate length of the talk. The Executive Committee will meet shortly thereafter to determine which companies will participate on the panel.
